Mothers Day

Yesterday (& tomorrow) ...

True - Mothers Day was yesterday - hope you all enjoyed the day for what it brought
So shouldn't your facebook greetings now be left until next year?

- Maybe, maybe not - you see, like Birthdays and some national Anniversary events - we are so busy!  For a day where a simple txt, call, visit should be paramount - life has taken us over.

Where my 'spirit of the day' and workplace smile diminished 20% or disappeared completely, because myself 'a mother' was working ..., it is now Monday - revelations time - marketing email sent; facebook and blog forgotten in the time-lag ... no discounts; no specials - just a timely reminder about the niceties of the day, and the ever-present reminder 'to Love and Respect Your Mother' - no matter where they are, or who they represent to you for now.

So if you need another day - does it matter? shout someone, treat yourself, bring out some photos or go for a walk ... Whether you stick to the plan of the day (next year), or forgive yourself and move on ... Here it is - the Forgiveness.
