GREEN ROSES ECHO ALIGNS WITH THREE UN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS:
These goals reflect our values, underpinning operational guidelines for our operations, supplier standards, and business practices.
SDG 12: GRE practices sustainable procurement, carefully selecting suppliers, encouraging open discussions that support circular economy principles - this will include end-of-life solutions for products and packaging stewardship.
SDG 13: GRE is developing adherence with a carbon emissions programme; and supports a regeneration programme both online and in-person.
SDG 14: GRE donates to WWF NZ - Oceans, and volunteer with Sea Cleaners NZ. Follow related stories and headlines on our Echo blog.

These initiatives are being validated over the next couple of years. Our primary goal is to develop Green Roses Echo to a community standing we can be earthly proud of - and share our learnings so others can follow.

Pollastic bags and mailers made from Ocean bound plastic. Clever double-seal closures for easy reuse. Inner and outer packaging
Bamboo cartons and envelopes - bamboo is rapidly renewable and has carbon sinking qualities.
FSC rated Cardboard cartons and/or envelopes.
Eco-friendly stationery
Reuse incoming packaging, reducing office and operating costs.
Stewardship options for non-reused waste.
Calculating carbon emissions and apply carbon credits. Use low-carbon power when possible.
Regeneration project Trees that Count, offset a percentage of our business operating cost to earth via most affected sector.
Suppliers selected (product, and service support) based on their product specs; certified efforts; and contributions to nature.
Health & Safety plan and insights for safe employment relations.
