Shipping policy

GREEN ROSES ECHO uses the services of Zappy (integrated Courier Services), NZ.  

 

ZAPPY CO NZ arranges all customer shipping on behalf, including rates, payments, arranging delivery via selected couriers (by Green Roses Echo). 

Current NZ shipping laws apply.

Green Roses Echo currently ships to NZ only customers, to be reviewed in future. 

All shipping is trackable.  We are a small and new e-tail site, so please bear with us through our discovery phase, and we endeavour to do our best by you, and honour all reasonable requests.

 

Shipping Rates - current.

Our current shipping rates are a generous flat rate of $5- anywhere in NZ.  

These will be reviewed early in 2026 to allow for Auckland Region - Nth Island - Sth Island more specifically, plus one or two weight tiers, and any special conditions eg. fragile.

Meantime - enjoy our generosity, order up, and rest assured any changes will fairly represent the market and services provided.

 

Delivery Time Guidelines - normal annual activity:

Auckland wide - Before 2:00 pm - next day minimum - urgent - by arrangement only,

                            otherwise allow 2-3 business days.

North Island     - allow 2-3 business days.

South Island     - allow 4-5 business days.

NEITHER  conditions noted below are Allowed for in Guidelines above.

    •  'Made to order items' (stipulated on Product Pages),
    • Excessive traffic times eg. public holidays - Easter / Christmas / New Year.

OUR ANNOUNCEMENT BAR - placed on various pages will keep you informed of Delivery cut-off dates etc when and where applicable, esp during Public Holidays. 

NOTE - Shipping times may vary.  As we build more stats (previous deliveries and various courier companies), we will become more selective on your behalf, adjusting known timings to better reflect transit climate and conditions.

HELP us help you - check and recheck your delivery instructions - address labels, especially flat and building numbers, suburbs where main road traverses through to another, post codes, and leaving-location-storage instructions.

FREQUENTLY Now - Courier companies will not leave a parcel without signature required - to circumnavigate this inconvenience you need to request an ATL (Authority to Leave).  

SOME COURIERS are happy to leave parcel by 'take a photo' option - visual proof of delivery.

ENSURE your leaving space is dry, not visible from road, and cool (if contents likely to be affected).
