Our Piringa knit has been designed to show energy flow through all of our koru. This symbolises Piringa between pēpi and whānau and also from whānau to pēpi.
Design __ was made in three different levels to symbolise pēpi in the middle and immediate whānau on the next layer and wider whānau/ hapu on the outer layer.
We are all part of the tipuranga of our pēpi and I wanted to show this through this design.
